Shipping Policy for Muscle Car Gifts

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

**Australia**
- Standard Shipping – 2–8 business days – $7.90 AUD
- Express Shipping – 1–4 business days – $12.40 AUD

**New Zealand**
- Standard Shipping – 5–10 business days – $15.90 AUD
- Express Shipping – 2–5 business days – $30.90 AUD

**Rest of World**
- Standard Shipping – 10–20 business days – $21.00 AUD
- Express Shipping – 5–10 business days – $36.00 AUD


USA Shipping Notice

We do not ship to the United States. Due to significantly increased import tariffs and taxes on US-bound parcels, we have suspended all shipping services to the USA. These costs have become too high for both our customers and our business to absorb.

We will continue to monitor changes in international tariff regulations and may reinstate USA shipping if conditions improve.


 

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier for updates.

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at musclecargift@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
